There will be those days, when things feel just a bit ‘too much’ for you. Maybe you’re facing tough circumstances or seasons of life, or maybe things around you are not too bad, but you’re just not quite ok. There will be days like this, for us all. And that’s ok.
In those moments whether they be of low mood, fatigue, restlessness or fear, try not to think too far ahead, try not to worry dear one. For even if you can’t take that ‘next step’, just take the next breath…and keep on going. Maybe you feel overwhelmed with how much you need to sort out around you and how much needs ‘fixed’ within you. Just take the next breath, dear one, just the next breath. And keep on going.
