One way to avoid the ‘post New-Year blues’… — Life as it happens to be

Apparently today is ‘Blue Monday’. Samaritans in the UK last year renamed this day as ‘Brew Monday’ – a time to encourage people to get together over a ‘cuppa’ and chat to each other over a nice cup of tea or coffee, while increasing awareness of mental health issues and letting people know that they’re not alone, and it’s ok to talk about feeling however it is they feel.
